Creating Files For Laser Cutting & Die Manufacturing Based On Existing Parts

Terrene, Inc. has the technology and the experience to reverse engineer flat pattern parts for your business, whether your supplied part is in mint condition or has minor damage.

Our laser coordinate measuring machine (CMM) will scan your supplied part. Using our in-house CAD systems, our trained staff will format the generated computer file into a cutting file. This file can be used to:

Laser cut parts out of metal, plastic, or other materials in prototype or production runs
Create custom steel rule dies for die cutting
Create a CAD file to use for engineering new revisions
