Using the industry standard 2-ply plastic, Rowmark, we can manufacture custom interior signage, exterior signage, control panels, industrial tags, nameplates, and most any other application you may design.

Our custom plastic sign and tag engraving services include:

• Laser cutting and laser engraving your custom projects with your logos, fonts, and other design elements
• Laser cutting your plastic signage applications with holes or preapplied double-sided tape (interior and exterior tape available)
• Laser engraving individual parts with serialized information using variable data
• Manufacturing prototype runs as well as production volumes

You may be aware that plastic signs and tags can be cut and engraved by CNC routers. This is true; however, our lasers have certain advantages over routers:

• Engraving 2-ply plastic with the laser is faster
• Laser engraved surfaces are smoother and more uniform
• Lasers can cut most geometries and are especially good at cutting acute angles that come to precise points
• Laser cutting and engraving, being more precise, allows for more creative and intricate designs

Below are swatches of some of the color combinations available for your designs. Other options such as glow-in-the-dark and 3-ply materials exist if you should need them. Additionally, Rowmark is not the only material we can laser engrave. We also laser engrave, etch, and/or mark wood, acrylic, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and many more materials.
