Parts Marking, Branding, Photo Engraving, Donor Wall Components & Much More
Laser etching and laser engraving are precision imaging processes used in a vast array of industrial and creative applications. Terrene, Inc. has worked with such industries as medical, aerospace, electronics, automotive, mining, tooling, home goods, and environmental graphics to create high quality etched and engraved images on a multitude of materials. Stainless steel, anodized aluminum, wood, acrylic, Rowmark, plastic, fabric, leather, and marble; we can laser etch and laser engrave onto all these materials and so much more.
Our non-contact CO2 lasers can be used for parts marking, branding, machining preparation, sign components, photo engraving, and numerous other applications. The bed size of our largest etching laser is 4’ x 8’, creating far more work space than traditional etching lasers. This allows us to produce large format engraved designs such as monuments, signage, and donor walls. The large bed size can also accommodate multiple-up fixtures for faster processing of smaller parts.
We have developed the proprietary laser marking process, StayMark®; a high contrast, permanent black marking process for stainless steel. The StayMark® process is resistant to environmental hazards and vandalism. We have additional laser marking options for anodized aluminum, plastic, wood, and more. “We have used Terrene, Inc. for many years. They have not only made products we use in our units, they have helped us select materials and assisted in the design of these products. I have visited Terrene’s facility and observed an extremely clean working environment. Their capabilities for laser cutting and etching are remarkable. I have seen samples of items made out of wood, metal, and foam.”
